After a successful event in 2011 with many runners, Micah Challenge has decided to do a sequel! Come to run, come to learn about poverty reduction and come to be a part of the solution!

Race Day Registrations and Race Kit Pick Ups: 9:00-9:30 am
2.5 km Walk: Beautiful treed loop through Mill Creek Ravine. Flat route accessed by one flight of stairs. 8 km Run: Wide, paved trail. Scenic out and back course through Mill Creek Ravine from Argyll Community Hall to Connors Hill for a glimpse of the Muttart Conservatory and back. Gently undulating.
Post-Race Activities: Join us inside the hall for refreshments and to learn about God’s heart for the poor. Christian leaders and politicians will share what they are doing to respond to God’s call to take care of the poor.
There will be several display tables with information on the Millennium Development Goals and what we as Christians can do in North America to help eradicate poverty and injustice.
Volunteering: Register online to help with this event. Get involved with some aspect of this event and bring your enthusiasm and energy along. Numerous positions are available both on and off the course. Being a volunteer is a great way to lend support to your community and help fellow walkers and runners get the most out of this event.
